- Who is the Health Check for?
- Any 50–500 person company, any industry, any geography. The diagnostic is software, so it works the same for an architecture firm in Boston as a manufacturer in Phoenix. If you have enough operational complexity that work is moving through more than one team, you have enough to look at.
- Is the Health Check really free?
- Yes. About ten minutes, no credit card, no sales call. You finish with a personalized scorecard, six area scores, and one specific action you can take this week. The Full Health Report is offered as an upgrade only after you've finished the free check.
- How much does an AI Build Engagement cost?
- Most engagements run $25,000 to $40,000, billed as a fixed-scope project or a monthly retainer. The exact number depends on what surfaced in the Health Report and how many tools or automations make sense to build. We share a written scope before either side commits.
- Where does Sterity work?
- The Health Check and Full Health Report are open globally — both run as conversations with our software. AI Build Engagements are Metro Detroit primary, with remote engagements considered for the right fit. Build work involves enough on-site time that geography matters.
- How long does an engagement take?
- A typical AI Build Engagement runs six to eight weeks from kickoff to handoff. The Full Health Report takes about a week to complete once your team finishes their assessments. The free Quick Check takes about ten minutes.
